We spent a week in this perfect hotel in Cervia. Excellent food, very friendly staff, perfect location. We took advantage of the all inclusive formula and it was super comfortable and convenient. Nearby beach, drinks included with meals and always courtesy everywhere. Highly recommended hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Apart from an initial misunderstanding, which was resolved in the best possible way, both my husband and I had a wonderful time at the Cervia hotel. Paola and Paolo were fantastic owners, you can see that they know how to do their job with great competence and are very willing to help. satisfy "the customer"; daughter Virginia with her youthful freshness, very cute and always sunny. The guys in the room were kind and cheerful and the ladies on the floors were also very kind. What can I say, we spent a nice week's holiday and felt like we were in a big family. We had been missing this sensation during our holidays for a while!!! Excellent experience!!

We stayed at the Hotel Cervia, there was no shortage of kindness but unfortunately this hotel was a huge disappointment: small rooms, poor breakfast service and restaurant with small portions. Too expensive for the services offered. Lots of appearance and little substance!

It's a shame to only have 5 stars because you deserve many more, welcoming like home, Paolo and Paola are fantastic, Virginia is the icing on the cake with her delicacy, all the staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, breakfast that satisfies every palate, lunch and dinner with a varied choice, everything delicious and the right portions, clean rooms, parking and even a towel for the beach, we had a wonderful time.... thanks Paola for making us feel like family....
